With a strong vision of providing customer satisfaction through a variety of financial solutions, including mortgages, personal, business and general insurances she is a multi-lingual communicator in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Joann has a Master of Business Studies from Massey University and a Bachelor of Education degree from China. As a Master swimmer she was an Olympic qualifying athlete and is a talented soprano in an Auckland choir. Joann is a Registered Financial Adviser.
